GotIsrael.com is an independent, non-commercial resource built to document, amplify, and support the Palestinian struggle for freedom, dignity, and return. We take an explicit editorial position. We do not pretend to be neutral on a question of documented oppression and ongoing genocide.
Our Position
Where We Stand
The Palestinian people are the indigenous people of historic Palestine. Their dispossession was not a natural disaster or an unfortunate byproduct of conflict. It was a deliberate, documented, and ongoing colonial project carried out by Zionist militias in 1948 and continued by the Israeli state ever since.
The facts are not in dispute among serious scholars and international legal bodies. Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch have both concluded that Israel operates an apartheid system over Palestinians. The International Court of Justice ruled in January 2024 that Israel’s genocide charges are plausible. The UN Commission of Inquiry confirmed in September 2025 that four of the five acts of genocide as defined by the Genocide Convention had been committed in Gaza.
This is not a fringe analysis. This is the institutional consensus of the world’s highest legal and human rights authorities. We reflect that consensus clearly and without apology.
Standing with Palestine is not antisemitism. Criticizing the Israeli state and Zionism as a political ideology is not hatred of Jewish people. Millions of Jews worldwide — including Jewish Voice for Peace, IfNotNow, and Neturei Karta — actively oppose the occupation and genocide. We honor that solidarity.

We are not neutral. Neutrality between oppressor and oppressed is not balance — it is complicity. The documented record on Palestinian dispossession, apartheid, and genocide is not a matter of competing interpretations. We reflect what the evidence shows. -

We do not manufacture facts. Every statistic and claim on this site is sourced and linked. We do not exaggerate because we do not need to. The documented reality is damning enough. -

We do not speak for any armed faction or government. We stand with the Palestinian people, not with any particular political party or military organization. -

We are not responsible for the content of linked external sites. We link to original reports for verification purposes. Inclusion of a link does not constitute full endorsement of all content on the linked site.
Standards
Our Commitment to Accuracy
We use the strongest possible language where it is warranted by the strongest possible evidence. We call ethnic cleansing ethnic cleansing. We call apartheid apartheid. We call genocide genocide — because that is what the ICJ, the UN, and Amnesty International call it. We will not soften documented atrocities with diplomatic language designed to protect the perpetrators.
